Personna Platinum Chrome Double Edge (DE) Razorblades are an extra high quality Steel & Chrome coated blade.  A superb shaving performer, its incredibly sharp, durable razor edge provides optimum shaving comfort with a high level of shaver’s satisfaction achieved. The blades are of a standard format and will fit any Double Edge Safety Razor. They come in a handy plastic pack which also holds your used blades. PACKS OF 10.

Made in Germany from Swedish steel.

How to use

Simply unwrap the razorblade from its 'protective paper' and then fit into yor razor. Put the used razorblade into the spare protective paper and then dispose of in the correct manner

Grooming tip

Frequent replacement of razor blades provides a closer shave and less chance of skin irritation and razor burn. Do not wait for the razor to drag before replacing your razor blades. However if you feel razor drag and haven't changed your blade recently, replace it immediately.

    Great blade at a great price. I shave every day and the blades usually last up to five days before I need a new one. Not sure how they would cope if I had a few days of growth. I use the blades with a Merkur Progress 510 and together they do a grand job.

    Tried many blades (feather, wilk sword, pol-silver, Gillette 7 o'clock and many more) and these are the best blades for my face. Really close shave and no irritation. You can't argue with 200 blades for £16!

    good sharp blades , herd bout them online , only started using them and give good close shave , have used a few i found in shop , derby , usually used wilkinson sword , as i had the classic years back , kinda though the personna was bit milder on the skin

    A close and comfortable shave

    The Personna Blades are the best kept secret in the DE shaving world. After the first pass of a new blade, which is usually just a little bit abrasive (I equate this first pass to taking the "burr" off the edge of the blade), these blades give a consistently comfortable, close shave for about a week before you need to change the blade. ( I have medium beard growth, and only need to shave once a day.) I have rarely nicked myself with these blades - not like some other ones which are not so forgiving. Using the same blade longer than a week increases the chances of cuts because a blunt blade doesn't glide over the skin the way a sharp one does. Also, 10 blades per pack means that I only break open a new pack every 2 months or so. VERY economical! The only other blade that I have found comes close to the Personna are Wilkinson Sword blades. I prefer the Personnas. Highly recommended.

    Only been DE shaving for 6 months. Tried several different blades. So far these are easily the best blade I have tried. Sharp smooth and forgiving. Maybe not as sharp as Feather but still very sharp. They beat Feather for being smoother and more forgiving and far better value. These are now my number one blade and can't say enough good things about them

    After multiple sample packs and almost giving up on finding anything that could match a shave as close as an overpriced 4 blade razor my search is finally over. They arrived on Saturday morning and I decided to give one a go before I went out that night (shaved that morning with an Astra blue) and was delighted with a nick free, close comfortable shave.

    Having tried out several types of DE blade in several different razors, I find the Personna blades to give a close, comfortable shave, with very little razor drag & no irritation. Granted, they aren't as sharp as some blades eg Feather, but they are much more forgiving. For anyone starting in wet shaving, or returning after a long absence, give these a try: I think you'll be quite pleased.
