I haven’t received my item

In our Terms and Conditions you will see that we promise to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Before contacting us to say your item has not arrived we would ask you to work on the following formula:

Date and time of order + 48 hours + 3 business days* (*Please note this relates to UK mainland delivery only: International delivery timetables will vary.)

If your item has not arrived by the end of this period please click here.

I still haven’t received my item

On the rare occasion that an order goes astray, Maguire’s Barbershop is keen to see that your face doesn’t suffer because of it. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days – at which point Royal Mail classify an item as lost - (21 working days for international orders) then please contact us and we will arrange a replacement to be sent or for your order to be cancelled and refunded.

Item Not as Described

At Maguire’s Barbershop we want you to have as ‘real’ a shopping experience as possible and we try and provide as much detail as we can about an item so you can make an informed choice.

While we can guarantee the brand, the product name (e.g. pre-shave cream), and the size/weight of the item, all images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Manufacturers sometimes change the packaging or the ‘flavour’ of an item without warning, and while we will try and update all images quickly this may not always be possible.

Similarly, as laid out in our terms and conditions, while we have made every effort to display the colours of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

If you still feel that the item(s) you have received are fundamentally different to the way it was described/represented, please refer to our refund page.

I have received the wrong item

Whoops! Here at Maguire’s Barbershop HQ we take pride in our picking ability, but occasionally (and naturally) we make the odd mistake.

In the event of you receiving either a wrong item or a wrong order, please check your items against the enclosed order slip – this will let us know where and hopefully how things have gone wrong – then contact us via: store@maguiresbarbershop.co.uk (Please quote your order number on all correspondance)
